Who we are

This invitation is provided by [to be confirmed by AURVEN] (“AURVEN”), which decides how the information you send is used. You can reach us about your information at [to be confirmed by AURVEN].

What we collect

Only what you choose to enter in the invitation or private-viewing form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), your reply, your areas of interest and contact preference (for private viewings), any note you add, and the time you sent it.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To keep the forms free of automated spam, a security check by Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs when you send a form; it does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

To respond to your request — to arrange your invitation to The Grand Gambit or a private viewing — and to contact you about it. We use it on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. We will not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Your request is passed securely to a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used by the AURVEN team responsible for the event, hosted by Google. The website itself does not store it. Our service providers (website hosting, Google, Cloudflare) may process it on servers outside Zambia, under their own security and confidentiality commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep requests up to 12 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [to be confirmed by AURVEN]. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Zambia.
